How to put an item on Lay-by
1. Email glambamthankumam@gmail.com with your order and enter "Lay-by" in the subject heading. Include your desired deposit amount with other order information (name & item number).
2. A minimum deposit of AUD$5 per item purchased is required, you can put a bigger deposit too if you wish!
3. Payment in full has to be made within 14 days from the time the order was placed. If payment is not made, the item will be taken off hold and deposit amount will be forfeited.

Is there a fee to open a lay-by account?
No, there are no fees at all, all we require is a minimum $5 deposit per item ordered.
I'm in a bit of a financial pickle and can't make the 14 day deadline, can you extend it?
We generally do not extend the 14 day period but genuine requests with a valid reason will be assesed on a case-by-case basis. Requests have to be put in prior to the 14 day period expiring and any requests made after will not be considered.
Is there a specific payment method that I have to use for lay-by?
We accept Bank Transfer, Paypal or payment by credit card. However, Bank Transfer is our preferred method of payment.
What if I change my mind, do you do refunds/exchanges?
No, we do not do refunds if you simply change your mind. Yes, we will do exchanges for another item. Payment for the exchanged item will still be due on the same date and exchanging for another item will not 'refresh' your 14 day payment period.
Fickle buyers beware, this lay-by option is in place to help customers secure their item, and we do not encourage putting an item on lay-by for any other reasons. We reserve the right to blacklist customers from this lay-by option.
